I have for some time contemplated purchasing an old album of Mr. Steven’s called, ‘The World of Cat Stevens’ mostly for the photograph on the cover. Anyway, this reminds me of it, and as today is the designated day for searching for what I will never find amongst the crates I may just bring it home. And..Harold and Maude has before, and right now, put me in mind of another film, Rushmore.

It is a fine song, his offering in Harold and Maude so I applaude (and unintentionally rhyme as I do so) the purchase. I am also left wondering if The World of Cat Stevens has ever overlapped Salad World.
Rushmore. Another I have never heard of, we’re quite far away from the pell mell world up here so I am known to miss a trick or two. I shall look into it anon.

I need to watch this film again as it has been many years but there is so much to like about it. Gotta say the scene where Harold shows the custom vehicle he altered to match his personality fits my sense humor perfectly.

It is superb. I very much like dark humour, and this film has it in spades (so to speak). And that car, yes, it is quite awesome isn’t it. A hell of a thing to find a parking space for though I should imagine 🙂 – sonmicloud.
