Sonmi and the Cloud are departing for a span that measures a certain amount of your Earth days, to visit friends who reside on one of Saturn’s rings. (She’s taking some soothing balm for them). There has been little time to view the blogs of the fine folks she follows on here of late, so she is beggin’ your pardon sir/ma’am/arachnoids/Venezuelan Poodle Moths.
I shall leave you with the following, every word of which must be read to appreciate the gravity of the piece.
I doubt we’ll ever see a man of his ilk again.
Moving stuff.
*waves to one and all and sets off on the Cloud – wearing a rubber ring with a giraffe’s head and neck around her waist, snorkeling flippers on each foot, and a top hat with ‘Kiss me quick – Get punched slowly‘ emblazoned upon it.
Your absence will be missed as that of a wheel on a unicycle.

Well thank you Peter, that’s a lovely way to say someone will be missed, I love it. I am back now and shall resume with transmissions as soon as I’ve caught up with those I follow. Yourself included – beams

Moving stuff it is indeed, and lachrymose am I at the departure of this colossus, whose timeless words helped make this little island nation of ours so grate. You do nought to stem the watery flow with this news of your absence, though I am comforted that it is a case of T.T.F.N. and not merely T.T.

P.S. Your tag: My favourite Groucho quip!

A superb goodbye for me H, I’d expect no less of course, and as I had used a favourite quip, so you have used a favourite word of mine – ‘lachrymose’ – marevllous. ❤

The Swing – by Robert Louis Stevenson
How do you like to go up in a swing,
Up in the air so blue?
Oh, I do think it the pleasantest thing
Ever a child can do!
Up in the air and over the wall,
Till I can see so wide,
River and trees and cattle and all
Over the countryside–
Till I look down on the garden green,
Down on the roof so brown–
Up in the air I go flying again,
Up in the air and down!

Brilliant. I enjoyed this immensely from afar masodo, and it fitted perfectly my journeying whilst away, flying along over hill and dale. Thank you!

Are you back now? I was gone as well. Not far really, not physically. Another “dimension of being” I call it. Some think it’s better there. But, you know the answer to most things, “What do they know”?

I do know the answer to most things, now you come to mention it, and often, “What do they know?” is answered quite swiftly as the Earth is so highly populated by wazzocks. Present company (and all sonmi’s followers) excepted.
This must be the case or they (and you) would not be here – omnia facit sensum.
And yes, we are back, and also passed through a few dimensions, up to the 5th, where fine groovy music was plated for all, but never ceased so it became a tad too much and we left.
